Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Atelier Home™ boxes with all protective inserts to ensure the product arrives back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship Your Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our concierge service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
